We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Software Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in both frontend and backend development. You should be capable of independent work in a single component and take end-to-end responsibility for projects. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build and enhance our web applications.

What You’ll Do

1. Fullstack Development & Ownership

● Design, build, and maintain web applications across the full stack

● Ability to own mid sized features/ components from design to completion

2. Technical Collaboration & Product Delivery

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features

● Troubleshoot and debug technical issues effectively and in a timely manner

● Understands how to deliver business value and collaborate with Products/ Stakeholders to drive business requirements

● Communicates feedback and seek for timely advice from seniors and managers whenever encountering roadblocks

3. AI & Tooling Enablement

● Utilize AI tools (e.g., AI-assisted coding platforms) to enhance productivity

● Integrate and suggest tool improvements for team efficiency

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

● 2+ years of hands-on experience in fullstack development

● Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Laravel, and PHP

● Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and modern web architecture

● Experience in building web applications using NextJS

● Experience working with Blade templating engine

● Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn

● Ability to work independently and drive projects forward

● Strong communication and problem-solving skills

● Experience in utilizing AI tools during development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, Cursor, Claude Code)
